Controller

The Controller will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, reporting to the CFO and responsible for day-to-day oversight of all accounting functions and financial analysis.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience showing increasing responsibility in Real Estate and Construction Accounting
• CPA
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Superior management skills
• Highly organized with developed and practiced attention to detail
