Job Description
Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee all accounting functions, financial analysis, and reporting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Controller will work closely with senior leadership and be responsible for day-to-day oversight of all accounting functions and financial analysis.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of experience showing increasing responsibility in Real Estate and Construction Accounting
- CPA
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Superior management skills
- Highly organized with developed and practiced attention to detail
