Maintenance Technician - 103

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various repairs and maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.
• Problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalency and a minimum of two (2) years' general experience in building trades.
