Maintenance Technician responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of two (2) years’ general experience in building trades
• Bilingual preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
