Maintenance Technician - 41

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various repairs and maintenance tasks, responding to resident service requests, and ensuring the overall functionality and appearance of the property. The role requires diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry issues, as well as conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices
• Problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to travel to and from properties
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of two (2) years' general experience in building trades
• Bilingual preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
