Desktop Repair Technician - 1st Shift

We are looking for a Desktop Repair Technician to join our team at Lakeside Book Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for refurbishing and repairing computer hardware, ensuring high quality standards, and working collaboratively with a supportive team.

Requirements

• Excellent computer knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and software installation
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs throughout an 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as required
