Our Sales Development Representative role supports the sales organization while developing skills, experience, and market knowledge required to advance into a Sales Representative position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales support, sales development, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong interest in a sales career with the ability to conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging customers via phone and email
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools preferred
