Job Description
Lakeside Book Company is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Material Handler for their 3rd shift team. The position involves labeling, sorting, and loading product for shipment, and requires previous warehouse experience and basic math skills. The job is seasonal, with opportunities for overtime and advancement.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
- Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
