Warehouse Shipping Coordinator - 1st Shift

We're seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to join our team at our Avon, IN facility. This role is responsible for owning the shipping process from order receipt to delivery, addressing shipping issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience
• Previous forklift experience
• Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
