Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with progressive leadership roles.
- 5+ years managing cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Experience managing warehouse, shipping, and logistics functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
