Job Description
Harvestor Operator Seasonal 2026 (Jun-Oct) role at Lakeside Foods. Operate field machinery, check equipment, and communicate with Leads and Supervisors. Must hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
Requirements
- Safely operate field machinery in all necessary field harvesting functions
- Responsible for equipment assigned, including checking oil, fuel, coolant, tires, lights, guards, windows, and mirrors
- Operate equipment in field operations and drive equipment from field to field
- Be alert to rocks, weeds, debris, obstacles, or any unusual conditions
- Communicate with Leads and Supervisors for proper direction and to keep them informed on equipment functions
- Assist Leads and Supervisors with minor maintenance as needed
- Comprehend and follow LOTO procedures
- Keep harvester cabs, mirrors and windows clean
