Data Analyst Senior

HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to provide digital product reports, dashboards, and insights to inform product decisions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with digital product owners, leadership, and other key stakeholders to understand business problems, refine requirements, and prioritize requests. They will maintain a working knowledge of a business domain and its associated data, and provide visualization, analysis, validation, and consultation services.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, mathematics, business, computer science, data or social science, operations research, statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Strong data modeling experience (including DAX and Power Query)
• Experience integrating and analyzing complex data from multiple sources
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate insights through clear data storytelling
• Experience presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Self-motivated, curious, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams and with various levels of leadership
