Job Description
Regions Hospital is hiring a friendly, organized, and adaptable individual to join the Float Pool as a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) in Saint Paul, MN. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in clerical and electronic health systems.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Perform clerical/receptionist functions on a patient unit
- Organize and maintain unit supplies necessary for daily activities
- Prepare and maintain patient records
- Perform data entry into the electronic system
- Act as a resource to medical staff regarding hospital protocols
- Communicate between staff, patients, families, care providers, and between the unit and other hospital departments
