Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Human Resources (HR) Service Center Supervisor to join their HR team, responsible for leading the HR Service Center team and delivering high quality services to colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years related experience, including direct leadership experience
• Experience with HR systems including applicant tracking and personnel management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with People Fluent Applicant Tracking System, Lawson Database, Fax/Telephone, and SharePoint
