HealthPartners is currently hiring a Manager, Health Plan National Accounts to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across a portfolio of national clients. The role involves building and sustaining enterprise-level partnerships, providing leadership for national account strategy, and managing a team of account managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of experience in the health plan industry within national account management, enterprise sales, or healthcare business development
- Experience managing a successful account management team and meeting team goals
- Experience partnering with health care consultants
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of underwriting, product design and funding alternatives related to health and dental insurance
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products or comparable applications
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments with short deadlines
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Minnesota and Wisconsin health and life insurance license (within 3 months of hire)
- Current, valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
