Medical Receptionist - Physical Therapy

Join our orthopedic team as a Medical Receptionist and help make an impact on patient care and experience. Primary responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and supporting clerical duties. Work schedule is Monday - Friday with varying 8 hour shifts.

Requirements

• 6 months related experience
• Some medical background preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Human relations sensitivity and customer service skills
• Listening and telephone etiquette skills
• Medical terminology knowledge desirable
• Ability to promote and maintain good patient relations and patient confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to key for long periods of time
• Accurate computer/keyboarding skills required
