Job Description
Regions Hospital is hiring a Polysomnographic Technologist III. The position involves coordinating and participating in comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions. It also requires providing patient education and therapeutic services related to sleep disorders.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- Successful completion of polysomnography program
- A minimum of six (6) months experience as a Polysomnographic Technician III
- RPSGT certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT) or Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) certification by the American Board of Sleep Medicine
- BCLS certified
- Licensed as Respiratory Care Therapist (LRT) with State of Minnesota
- Registered as an EEG technician by ASET (American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists) LRT/REEG only
