Hospital Nurse Aide

Lakewood Health System is seeking a Hospital Nurse Aide to provide individualized personal and nursing care to patients while preserving their rights and human dignity. The ideal candidate will have a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Minnesota Nursing Assistant Certification preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Demonstrates a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities
• Communicates clearly and professionally with patients, families, customers, and colleagues
