Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Medical Assistant program
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Medical Assistant certification
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Prior clinic experience and familiarity with Family Medicine care (ideal)
