RN Long Term Care

Lakewood Health System is seeking a RN Long Term Care to provide quality, personalized care for residents through implementing their plan of care with compassion, quality and integrity. The Long-Term Care RN will provide leadership to frontline staff and manage day-to-day operations of the unit.

Requirements

• Current MN RN licensure
• Strong leadership skills to lead the team
• Welcomes feedback from guests, residents and fellow staff
• Prioritizes patient safety by paying close attention to detail when dispensing medications and completing treatments
