3D Animation Lead

Lakshya, a Keywords Studios company, is looking for an Animation Lead to lead the animation team on projects, conduct first-level animation reviews, and support the project team. The ideal candidate has experience in creating high-quality 3D animations, leadership skills, and knowledge of industry-standard software such as Maya, Max, Motion Builder, and Unreal Engine.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a 3D game, 3D production, or game art services company in a Lead or Associate Animation Lead role
• Leadership skills, self-management, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of 3D animation tools and techniques
• Ability to work on a team and lead the team to deliver high-quality work
• Ability to handle client feedback and manage client expectations
