Job Description
Lakshya Digital is looking for a Sr. Character Art Lead to provide leadership to the art team, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality art creation. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of 3D game asset creation, industry-standard software, and game engines, as well as strong leadership, self-management, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of 3D game asset creation process
- Good knowledge of industry standard software such as Maya, 3D Studio Max, ZBrush, and Photoshop as well as game engines such as Unreal and Unity
- Skilled at modeling and texturing Characters or Environments
- Ability to effectively estimate, plan, and supervise game art asset creation work
- At least 2 (two years) of experience in a 3D game or game art services company in an Art Lead role
- Leadership skills
- Self-management skills
- Communication skills
