Job Description
Lala Automotive Philippines Inc. is looking for an Operations Associate to provide day-to-day support to Lala Auto Operators and Drivers. The role involves assisting in driver registration, training, and accreditation, resolving operator and driver concerns, and maintaining a healthy driver base.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics or on-demand delivery or ride-sharing environment
- Experience in LTFRB franchise processing or liaison work
- Customer service & presentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
- Good communication skills; fluent in English and Tagalog
- Flexibility with work schedules
