Job Description
Lalamove is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain backend features for their API and internal tools. The role focuses on optimizing algorithms and scaling systems to support rapid growth in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Requirements
- 4+ years hand-on experience in Backend development (Java preferred)
- Sound Knowledge of middlewares (Redis/ElasticSearch/Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Code quality focus, not just own code.
- Experience with code refactoring
- Experience with SQL solutions
- Flexible, eager to learn in a startup environment
- Good communication skills
- Good English communication skills
