Job Description
Laland Baptiste, LLC is a certified minority and woman owned construction management and consulting firm seeking a Project Manager for current or future project opportunities in Rochester, NY. The Project Manager will have project experience in Higher-Education, K-12, or Buildings Rehabilitation and will work on project planning, tracking, schedule performance, and project controls for monitoring of various building construction and renovation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
- 8 years of relevant construction industry experience with public and/or private projects
- OSHA 30
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Higher Education or K-12 experience a plus
