Job Description
The Assembler 3 role is part of the Global Operations Group, responsible for assembling and installing parts/hardware for wafer fabrication equipment in a lean manufacturing clean-room environment. The role requires precision, flexibility, and effective communication to ensure the quality of Lam's products.
Requirements
- Effective use of instructions and schematics, hand tools, equipment, and fixtures to assemble and install parts/hardware
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities
- Correct part delivery and visual inspection of components
- Contribution to audits and cross-training in multiple work centers
- Documentation of Non-Conformance Items and support of a safe work environment
- Timely clear communication to stakeholders
