The Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for performing services and activities to support various Information Security program deliverables. The role will focus technically on Palo Alto Networks firewalls, developing and testing Azure enterprise Data Loss Prevention and supporting Global Information Systems and Incident Response in troubleshooting and investigations as appropriate.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in technical domains such as: Networking, firewalls, systems administration, cloud computing and information security best practices
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Data Loss Prevention tools, including policy tuning and documenting supporting procedures and processes
- Hands-on Experience with one or more DLP solutions such as Netskope or Intune
- Have experience with reviewing and responding to DLP alerts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written to a variety of audiences (immediate team, management, other business units)
- A self-motivated person that can use their creative and experience-driven analytical skills to solve problems and do analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in an Information Security role, focusing on enterprise firewall management
- 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions
- 1+ years of experience developing, reviewing, and responding to DLP alerts
- At least one of the following processional certifications required: Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GMON
