Data Engineer, Lead

The Lead Data Engineer will design and lead the data architecture and integration for multiple projects, collaborate with data architecture, business, and development teams, and guide application and business development teams in the analytics design of complex solutions.

Requirements

• Design advanced Analytics applications using Microsoft Fabric, Pyspark, SparkSQL, Power BI, Synapse, SQLWarehouses including ETL pipelines using Microsoft Azure Platform
• Lead, analyze, design, and deliver big data centric analytics solutions and applications including statistical data models, reports, and dashboards in Microsoft/Azure tech stack
• Define, maintain, and promote the advanced analytics standards and processes as part of GIS Center of Excellence across the company
• Work with key stakeholders in product management and leadership to define strategy and requirements
• Work with US teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines
• Offer insight, guidance, and direction on the usage of emerging data analytics trends and technical capabilities
