Electrical Manager

The Electrical Manager will lead a group of electrical, electronic/control engineers and subject matter experts in product development activities for Lam's WETS products. Responsibilities include research, design, development, modification, and evaluation of products & subsystems, as well as resource management and leadership.

Requirements

• Masters in Electrical / Electronics engineering with 10 years of relevant experience or Bachelors in Electrical / Electronics Engineering 12 years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of prior experience in managing direct reports consisting of electrical engineers / lead engineers/ Subject matter experts working on multiple projects
• Proven hands-on experience in the design, control, and productization of complex equipment, machinery, and AC/DC power distribution
• Demonstrated leadership skills in decision making and problem solving in absence of complete or accurate data

• Virtual Flex: 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time
