Job Description
Industrial Engineer 2 position involves creating design concepts and specifications for physical hardware products and systems, partnering with internal and external groups to research and analyze design trends, and producing and validating product design specifications. The role requires capacity planning, productivity improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD and system-related tools skills considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
- Demonstrated drive for business and process improvements
- Proven ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision
