Manufacturing Engineer 3

Join Lam as a Manufacturing Engineer where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the new product pilot production factory, and virtual manufacturing. Using your knowledge of technology and engineering principles you will oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot new or existing product problems
• Design, develop, and implement safe and cost-effective complex equipment and methods of assembly
• Define process and methods for high volume manufacturing
• Perform root cause investigation and recommend corrective action
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
• Review and develop designs that improve product manufacturability and assembly
• Coordinate new product builds in pilot production manufacturing
• Provide hands-on engineering support to address mechanical and electrical issues
• Create and release engineering drawings & bill of materials (BOM) using Engineering Change Management process
• Development of handoff package to allow product transition to high volume manufacturing
