The Manufacturing Engineering team will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of operation methods, operation sequence, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or other related courses
- 8+ years of related experience and at least 8+ years in engineering and/or manufacturing management
- Capable to read mechanical drawings and schematic diagram
- Experience leading and scaling teams of design, systems, and/or manufacturing engineers in a high-customization production environment
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across organizational and functional boundaries in a large-sized organization
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and understanding of root cause analysis
- Familiar with virtual manufacturing and model-based-design (MBD) techniques
- Experience with PFMEA and assembly mistake proofing methodologies
