Mgr, Manufacturing Engineering

The Manufacturing Engineering team will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of operation methods, operation sequence, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or other related courses
• 8+ years of related experience and at least 8+ years in engineering and/or manufacturing management
• Capable to read mechanical drawings and schematic diagram
• Experience leading and scaling teams of design, systems, and/or manufacturing engineers in a high-customization production environment
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across organizational and functional boundaries in a large-sized organization
• Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
• Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and understanding of root cause analysis
• Familiar with virtual manufacturing and model-based-design (MBD) techniques
• Experience with PFMEA and assembly mistake proofing methodologies
