Job Description
The Process Engineer Manager will lead the Sabre 3D process and technology team in innovation and excellence, driving advancements in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role involves developing process improvements, evaluating test data, and managing a team of process engineers.
Requirements
- Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation
- Develop new processes and/or make improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields
- Compile and analyze test data
- Maintain and own processing BKMs (Best Known Methods)
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement missions and next generation product development
- Provide leadership and guidance to engineers
- Present to senior management
