Job Description
The Production Planner/Master Scheduler 1 will be part of the Global Operations Group, planning, scheduling, and coordinating production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. The role will involve ensuring manufacturing and warehouse loading are on time, coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics departments, and monitoring the production process to minimize delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and mentor junior planners
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
