Job Description
The Program/Project Manager 4 role is responsible for leading tool-type-level manufacturing programs within a high-tech R&D manufacturing environment, coordinating project timelines, resources, and execution plans to meet Lam's safety, quality, production, and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
