Program/Project Manager 5

The Program/Project Manager 5 role strengthens execution across the Global Logistics Organization through disciplined ownership, cross-functional integration, and problem solving. The role provides sustained leadership for enterprise-critical capabilities including risk management, business continuity, and change enablement, while reinforcing leadership continuity and succession readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, program, project and/or product management, operations, or related roles within a global, matrixed environment
• Demonstrated track record of meeting commitments, driving execution, and solving complex cross-functional problems
• Experience leading enterprise or cross-organizational initiatives that require influence without direct authority
• Strong executive communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
