Project Engineer 3

As a Project Engineer 3 at Lam Research, you will oversee technical projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in the design and engineering of etch products. The role involves planning, directing, and managing schedules and resources to deliver key non-standard requests in a timely and effective fashion.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience;
• 3+ years of technical project management;
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company;
• Knowledge of Project Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures;
• Strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills;
• Experience in HW development, Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus;
• Expertise with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent.;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
