Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in engineering with 10+ years' relevant experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects/programs
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects across geographical boundaries
• Strong data analysis skills and experience in extracting information from data and translating findings into an executable plan
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the company
