Job Description
Technical Program Manager, Program Lead at Lam Research. Lead cross-functional teams through successful project execution, blending technical excellence with strategic planning to deliver new or upgraded products. Contribute to the successful implementation of key strategic programs and drive towards implementation of standardized project management processes.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in engineering with 10+ years' relevant experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects/programs
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects across geographical boundaries
- Strong data analysis skills and experience in extracting information from data and translating findings into an executable plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the company
