Technical Program Manager to oversee cross-functional teams, develop and present program plans, and manage projects from initiation through delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 10 years experience;
- 8+ years of technical program management;
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results;
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company;
- Mandatory skills: Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures;
- Strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills;
- Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus;
- Experience in HW development, Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus
