Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or a PhD with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influencing skills to deliver results
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the company
- Strong engineering and manufacturing operations knowledge
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to apply communication and problem-solving skills in a variety of business contexts
- Experience delivering formal presentations to leadership, management, and individual contributors
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams while advising teams and individuals
- Experience providing coaching and training as needed
- Strong track record of success in program scheduling, including establishing milestones and checkpoints and tracking changes
- Ownership of multidimensional skill sets in operations, product management, and/or engineering
- Ability to manage risks and issues until resolved or mitigated
