Job Description
The role of a Senior Capacity Planner is to identify and mitigate supplier capacity risks and influence commodity supply planning, collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve Lam's responsiveness to customer demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Operations Management, Business, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Proficient with Kinaxis (Maestro) / SAP, Microsoft Office / PowerBI.
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
