Job Description
Quality Engineer 3 role at Lam Research to ensure manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards. Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend updates or changes to quality defect detection, reporting, and improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, with 5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with technicians building and testing products in a cleanroom environment;
