Job Description
The Senior Field Service Engineer will provide quality repair and preventive maintenance service of Lam etch / clean / deposition equipment at customer sites. The role involves installation, relocation of customer equipment, start-up, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals
- Ability to work in a clean room environment
- Ability to travel frequently, domestically and internationally
