Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, China. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing Communications for Asia and Europe, this FXT will help shape our narrative in Lam China, inspire our workforce, bring our brand to life and shape perceptions of Lam with key audiences.
Requirements
- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy
- Conceptualize and implement programs that help regional leaders align and engage employees to achieve the desired business outcomes
- Identify appropriate media opportunities, cultivate media relationships and drive positive coverage about Lam’s innovation, regional presence, social impact programs, special events, public announcements, and other projects
- Prepare talking points, speeches, presentations, and other supporting material for industry keynotes as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt and localize global communications programs and campaigns
- Exercise excellent judgment to provide communications counsel to senior executives on fast-moving, complex, and sensitive communications topics
- Manage and engage with agencies and/or contractors on a variety of projects and initiatives while maintaining appropriate project timelines to meet required deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement for our communications activities, including utilizing data and analytics to find trends and engage across the entire global communications team to make recommendations and continually raise the bar on quality and impact
