Requirements
- Define and lead the overall account strategy for Lambda’s AI infrastructure platform
- Serve as a trusted advisor
- Build and deepen relationships across a broad range of stakeholders
- Establish customer health metrics and target benchmarks
- Drive customer onboarding and lifecycle processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive engagements with strategic accounts
- Advocate internally for customer needs, feature enhancements and best practices
