Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Associate - Technical Accounting to lead technical accounting research and prepare memos for complex transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP. You will analyze accounting implications, partner cross-functionally, and support IPO readiness efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in technical accounting, preferably within a Big 4 firm and/or a publicly traded company
- Active CPA required
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. GAAP with experience analyzing complex and non-routine transactions
- Proven ability to research accounting guidance and prepare clear, well-supported technical accounting memos
