Department Assistant, Malls

To meet current corporate needs, we are seeking a highly motivated Department Assistant, Malls to support the day-to-day running of the department with administrative and secretarial work.

Requirements

• Academic Qualifications: University degree in a relevant area of study (Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral command of English (Proficiency degree a plus)
• Excellent use of MS Office
• 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative position
• Operating knowledge of SAP a plus
