Permitting Manager

We are seeking a Permitting Manager to join the Urban Planning and Permitting Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and safeguarding permitting compliance, reviewing architectural studies, and producing feasibility studies for Ellinikon projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree on Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Excellent command of the English language
• 10+ years of relevant working experience as an Architect/Civil Engineer with strong involvement in the permit process
• Good ability in AutoCAD
• Excellent knowledge of NOK, Building Code, L. 4495/2017, experience in reviewing coverage diagrams and awareness of urban planning regimes
• Awareness of the requirements for a complete file for building permit submission depending on the building category
• Experience in reviewing and implementing the submissions related to building permits
• Awareness of authorities, policies, and processes related to building permits (e-adeies)
• Innovative thinking with demonstrated team spirit
• Analytical thinking to effectively analyze information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven negotiation skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to pay particular attention to details
• Ability in managing design teams in the permitting deliveries of complex multi-disciplinary projects
