Job Description
The Service Delivery Associate will provide 1st level support to users of LAMDA Development, Ellinikon offices, resolving hardware and software issues and maintaining effective communication throughout the lifecycle of each incident.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a relevant area of study
- CompTIA A+ and MCSA Windows 10 certifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
