We are Laminar Projects, a high-end project management consultancy and tech developer looking for an Innovative Project Planner to join our team. You will be responsible for enhancing the delivery of complex projects through project planning, devising strategies, and translating knowledge into logic-linked plans. Our team focuses on improving construction projects, and we are looking for someone with a construction engineering background, strong communication skills, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience on construction projects
• Experience in project planning, both software and principles
• Decent Excel skills
• Strong interest in data
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach
• Leadership capabilities
• Track record of making projects and organisations better beyond just doing the basics
